• How long has CHIC® Liquid Vinyl been around?
    It was originally developed in England in the 1960's, and brought to North America by Stan Bender in 1984. Based in Vancouver Canada, CHIC Liquid Vinyl is used extensively throughout North America through a network of independent dealers, and is now available in Africa through CHIC (Gh) Ltd.

  • Is it environmentally Friendly?
    Yes! It is a non-toxic water based formula that contains no heavy metals and is low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) compliant. We clean our equipment with soap and cold water.

  • Can you really make your home "Low Maintenance" so I will "Never paint Again"?
    Yes, this unique formulation has withstood the test of time in all climates from some of the harshest weather mother nature can deliver. Weather it is on a light house on Canada's Pacific coast, or a Hospital on the gulf of Mexico, CHIC has consistently resisted to the damaging effects of sun, wind-driven rain and salt water spray.

  • Why doesn't paint last?
    International environmental agreements have banned the use of lead and mercury in the manufacture of paints. This greatly reduced the ability for paint to resist the elements and shortened its life span. Also because paint is very thin and porous, it provides poor protection for the walls against the elements.

    All types of surfaces including masonry, cement, stucco, as well as brick, block, as well as wood, aluminum, and composite siding.
